Positive experience
December 13, 2021I love when a company hire employees to make guests feel at home with Taylor the manager and Patricia the foreman who worked accurately and quickly to make the legacy at West Cobb our new home. Taylor was very kind and pleasant and helping us in every way. Together with Patricia who was working on the apartment to get it ready for us has done a excellent job I have not had the pleasure to speak with the other employees there but with these two I can say there are excellent employees and I'm sure ...the others are as well. Pleasantly Surprised
September 1, 2016I was hesitant to move here after reading bad reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance, and trusted my gut feeling. The apartments are older, which I'm used to being from Chicago. All of the problems that come with living in an older building are the same here as they are there (roaches, leaks, appliance failure, etc.) but Management is wonderful here, as is the maintenance staff. Every issue I've had since moving in has been addressed in a timely manner. My neighbors are awesome, and I love the ...nature trail in this park like setting complete with a babbling brook.
