Issues with black mold, roaches, and faulty wiring. Ridiculous fees. Not enough parking and maintenance parks in my one assigned parking spot constantly.

Great Place!

This is really quiet Conveniently places complex that’s right next to Lynnhaven mall and about 2 minutes from Walmart. Apartments are in good condition we had no problems with move in and They’re really good about towing Vehicles that have expired Plates or are in a spot that there not assigned too. I would say the only Con to living here is there is a lot of air traffic from the military and the Jets can getting kind of annoying when they fly around. I would recommend living here. Lots of kids ...
playing and nice friendly neighbors! And the staff are very Kind and do their best to make sure you’re happy living there. Maintenance is very quick to respond if there is an issue. They came the day after we put in an issue we had with our washer.

Loved living here!

I meant to write a review about this place a long time ago. I absolutely loved living here. The apartment was amazing and the leasing office staff were truly the best! I think the only issue we ever had was sometimes parking was a pain but I feel like that’s an issue most apartments have. The only reason we left is because we made the decision to leave the area but if we hadn’t I would still be living here now! Hands down best place I’ve ever lived.

*I have been living here for almost a year. I will DEFINITELY be renewing my lease and here is why: The staff is amazing. Right off the bat we felt welcomed and everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. They hold packages in the office, give out parking passes and always answer our emails and calls. The review that says there are bugs, do not be fooled. They have exterminator services that can come by every other week to spray. We had an ant problem and they had someone out the next day ...
to help us. The apartments themselves are nice and well maintained. They put in laminate floors before we moved in. Each apartment also has a fireplace and balcony/patio area. I've never had a problem with the hot water like the bad review says. No cheap paint either! We can actually do things and add things to our walls, like move or add outlets or add shelving etc. They believe the more you can make this home, the more you are likely to stay. Its true! We are going to add a mantle over the fireplace soon. Maintenance is quick and efficient. There was a defect in the toilet in one of our bathrooms. They had maintenance come out and replace it very fast. It is quiet and pet-friendly. We always see people walking dogs and its a closed loop parking situation so you don't have random people driving through the complex. Parking is never an issue because there are a TON of guest spaces and they are pretty liberal with the parking passes. I have seen people get towed but they office will work with you to get a parking pass so no worries! My only complaints: Because of where my parking space is, the landscaping team will sometime block me in when they are working on the lawns. My specific apartment is on the first floor and because of where the building is, we don't get a lot of natural light. Some of the appliances are dated HOWEVER they work great, so it is just an aesthetic thing. *All in all, this is a great location with access to Lynnhaven, easy to get to 264 to go to Oceanfront or Norfolk. Great community and great apartment!

I love the location right next the mall and plenty of restaurants. The office and maintenance workers are very courteous and helpful. Maintenance comes in a timely manner when you need something fixed or replaced. Very quite neighborhood, neighbors are friendly. I feel safe walking my dog at 11pm.
