    the neighborhood is nice inside the apartment and outside. the area is great, close to everything. just a few things in the apartment that needs attention. hoping that will be handled everything else is 10/10

    The overall experience here is isn't bad at all. I would love to have a outside pipe and a bigger play area. I like the fact that the response time for maintainance is pretty fast compared to other places I have live before

    Absolutely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff is excellent!! They go above and beyond for the residence. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful!! They are very courteous and kind and your maintenance request are fulfilled very quickly.

    I have just renewed my lease to live at the Legends at Chatham for another year. I have enjoyed my time here and think that it is a wonderful community. The ladies in the leasing office are very sweet and always willing to help! There is a gate system, so it feels safe. We did have the issue of multiple cars getting broken into, but the complex has a gate system so there’s not much more they can do besides maybe adding some cameras outside of the buildings. We also had the issue of the gate card ...
    scanner being broken, which left us unable to use the pool amenities for an entire month of summer, which was very frustrating. Overall, the grounds are kept nice and we have had very minimal maintenance issues. I would recommend the Legends at Chatham for looking to live in the Chatham Parkway area
