Great Community & Great Staff
June 14, 2020Apartments are clean, efficient, and were set up very well. The beat thing about this place is the lake in the middle of the community with a sidewalk around it! Luxury Living and Relaxation
April 3, 2019We have lived at Lenox for over 6 months. I wake up and grab a FREE Starbucks coffee at the leasing office. The staff always greats me by name and with a smile. Midmorning I can relax in a cabana and enjoy a quiet swim in the beautiful pool. Lately, we have enjoyed the hot tub. When my kids and I need to get out, we just walk over to the clubhouse. They have a safe sidewalk leading around a pond. We can shoot a game of pool or enjoy a movie inside the media room. Some days we play board game. On ...several occasion we invite a friend over and enjoyed pool time. The bathrooms for the pool area are clean and amazing. The best part of Lenox is their state of the art gym. I never get bored. We can use the bicycles, exercise balls, free weights, or elliptical machine to name a few. Our time at Lenox has been wonderful and we have great neighbors. We have several events each month. Jade is always such a great host at events. Ashley is always helpful in resolving any issues. Kay is the best property manager. I did have an issue with my A\C and Eugene made sure to find the problem and fix it. This is my first time renting and I am thankful we came here.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Property & Great Staff!

Lenox at Bloomingdale stood out to me because of the spacious and reasonably priced floor plans, luxury amenities, desirable location, and friendly staff! Throughout the leasing process I had the pleasure of working with Danny, Ashley, and Jade. They all gave wonderful service, and sent a clear message that they love their job! Danny was my primary leasing ...specialist and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. He is so genuine! The process was smooth and seamless, and I am so grateful to have found this place. Feels like home! I love the lake views and amazing walk in closet! All of the interiors are top notch. I had a minor maintenance request my first few days, and they responded and resolved my issue within two hours. That kind of thing is very important to me.
