Living here is a nightmare
January 11, 2024Besides lack of appliances (no in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave.)what the apartment does offer is not up to par. Out of the 4. Closets in the apartment only two am I able to hang up clothes in because the rest are missing a closet rod bar.the kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the front door hardly locks as you have to jiggle to get the door to lock and unlock. I have lived in the apartment for 5 months now and still have not received a mail box key. There is no insulation or any ...type of barrier between the ceiling and the up stairs neighbors floor , therefore you can hear every step they take and even conversations at times.maintenance has entered my apartment multiple times without former notification. the on-site laundry unit looks like it has never been cleaned or maintenance . Do NOT apply or give them a cent!
April 12, 2023Application doesn’t work but they do take your money. Then when you try to call the 540 number to have the issue resolved, they NEVER pick up. If you call the 855 number, it goes to an offsite calling service, the person asks for your contact information so someone can “call you back” to help… but you will never receive a call back. I’ve tried countless times. It’s extremely unprofessional. Impossible to get anything done with them. Don’t waste your time or money.Property Manager Responded
