Disgusting
May 15, 2024The worst experience of my life.this place is horrible. Management is money hungry and refuse to fix anything.conditions are worse than a pigsty. Apartment is infested with insects, roaches, fleas and they never exterminate.workers are useless and I can do a better job fixing things than they can.had no heat for multiple winters.Review from Apartments.com
Poor quality apartments
May 3, 2024Horrible management do not move here they have lots of mice. They do not fix anything apartment are full of mold property manager has an attitude problem and is very unprofessional. Parking cost $75 a month and they do not even have cameras in the parking lot my car was vandalized and they didn’t offer any solution. Superintendents do not even clean up the garbage outside if I could give this place 0 stars I wouldReview from Apartments.com
Worst experience ever
January 5, 2020First of all. I moved in and immediately had flea bites all over. I complained and Rossana told me “it’s summer time, it’s expected this time of year”. My husband took all of our furniture out and washed all of our clothes. We moved back in and had mice and roaches. The neighbors upstairs complained about the same. We covered all holes in our apartment (yes the building manager did nothing to handle the caulking on the walls) and luckily have been rodent free since. Now it’s winter and we have ...NO HEAT! I’ve complained multiple times and all I hear is “it’s automated it should turn on automatically” but it doesn’t happen. I have a 6 year old who has had a cough and has even been hospitalized for fever on more than one occasion since October. Needless to say I will leave once my lease is up. My neighbors have also expressed that they will be leaving this year as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Apartment Complex
December 5, 2019Bad service and horrible maintenance. I have squirrels and rats living in the basement and the workers here are useless and don’t do anything about it.Review from Apartments.com
Very prejudice!!!!
March 18, 2018Indeed It may be a nice area to live, but the management is very discriminating. Good luck renting an apartment if you're not Hispanic!!!! Regardless of employment, salary, background check and credit etc. Once you're off color the odds are against you.Review from Apartments.com

Living Here
July 27, 2015I have lived here 24 years with my mother. Beautiful blue door. Also the only apartment with an American flag out on our street. Our apartment is in a good area. A bus away from the city. Close to working areas and food establishments. Doctors are a bus away as well. I'm graduating from college May 2016. Couldn't do it without my mom.Review from Apartments.com
Sometimes I feel like I'm living in the 'Good Times' tv series of a apt.!
July 20, 2015I have been in my apt. complex for about over 15 years. doing those early couple years renting here was decent, but after that, the owners of the apt complex really letting it down in look/accessories/amenities. They haven't renovated the whole apt complex in YEARS and it's BADLY need. Hallway doors have cracks and busted looking, long wait to get free hot water from the faucets, some walkway steps are badly need of masonry work, residents don't pick up after their dog when policy strongly ...request to do it or face fines/eviction(if repeated multiple times), noisy neighbors and parking isn't so good. I need to live at a place that's MORE DECENT and respectfully livable as well affordable for my fixed-income living....plus a large ground are for flowers-gardening(I do that here which is my saving grace/serenity). Thank you for reading my story and I hope I win(?)! ;-)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
