January 6, 2025When we moved to Liberty Pointe apartment, at the first night, we could not get the set room temperature and also hot water enough hot to take shower. As the next day was national holiday, we could not request the maintenance. Then, at the next day to the national holiday, a maintenance people came to my apartment to solve these problems. To my surprise, he simply turned the knob on the gas boiler panel to the max. position. I could not understand why this type of adjustment had been made ...before or right after we moved to the apartment.Property Manager Responded
