      You have to pay for non sense payments. Trash fees, Pest fees ( they don’t even spray your house ), Way too many Water payments. It’s all uncalled for.

      They enter your apartment several times a week with no notice. They say they don't need to give notice. Coming out of shower we don't want to see an unexpected maintenance guy. They are remodeling while we live there. It was remodeled 6 months ago before we moved in. No water for 24 hours while they replace the counters in bathroom and kitchen(which was replaced 6 months ago). They leave messes after the work. This place is a dump. Cracks in ceiling and walls. Floors bulge in ...
      places. But they are waisting money replacing already replaced counter tops. No privacy. They enter apartment many times a week with no notice. Rent is over priced. Just go anywhere but here.
