    These apartments are the worst ever. They literally don't change anything, everything is really old. My stove buttons always come off all of them, my sink faucet is broken and they haven't replaced it, they just come and put it back like WE CAN LITERALLY DO IT BY OURSELVES this is the third time this happened. we need a new one!!, but OF COURSE to save money they don't do it. Fridge is broken, missing parts. Floors were with water damaged they're like wood but fake. Carpets were nasty since we ...
    came here they had pee on them, we used a uv light and saw all the spots from previous tenants pretty sure. My control remote to open the gate is always with problems. I asked for a new one and they gave me the same (I check the numbers on the back) just to be clear. People even vandalized the pool so we don't have pool until new further notice. Save your money and find another place to live. There's more and more coming up from everywhere.

  • Best Apartment Complex

    I had an amazing experience living here for 2 years. The staff is literally great which is hard to find. The apartments are awesome and the apartment community is great. Super dog friendly which was a major plus for me. One of the best living experiences in El Paso.

  • Great place to live!

    When my wife and I moved to El Paso two years ago, we looked at several apartment complexes before choosing BHE. We have been very pleased with our stay. The grounds are cared for, the front service staff is friendly, and management is attentive to our needs. When we have an issue with the apartment, it is managed promptly and we have never had a maintenance person act rudely or put out by our requests. We particularly like the consistent controls on pool access, gate access, package holds, ...
    and the occasional pet sitting. It speaks to management’s care for the property and its tenants. BHE wants a safe and secure environment and delivers. On a personal note, my wife and I love all the personnel in the office. The office is helpful, consistent and well-run. And I don’t want to forget about the occasional free pizza, wine tastings (BYO and share) and parties. Starbucks to boot!

  • Extremely rude and degrading management

    I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless they possibly had a different manager. I paid 700 dollars in pet deposits and 50 dollars a month to be able to have my two dogs here. They are giving me a notice to vacate saying they can’t rent the apartment above me because it smells like dog. The padding of the carpet upstairs is disgusting if I must say and common sense leads us to odors residing in carpet padding. They have done two walk thrus on my place with management, maintenance and ...
    their outside carpet cleaning vender. I had my mother and friend here for witnesses. They all came to the conclusion of no odor coming from my place. So, now a tenant who pay and on time every month and follows all leasing guidelines getting a notice to vacate. Just Shameful.

    My decision to rent this cozy 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment has been one of my smarter choices. I was quite impressed with the updated appliances, carpet throughout and general upkeep of the building. I am so in love with my apartment! It's just the right size for me and my belongings. The staff here has been simply amazing as inquiries and work orders are attended to properly with fast service.

    I moved from Houston to El Paso since my husband is in the military.I wasn't able to see the apartment before I moved in ,but it was everything I hoped for we can honestly call this home. I Absolutely love this place my neighbors are like family to me and the front office knows of very well and always shows concern.
