Fox theatre ruined the place
November 30, 2022I lived at Lilli for quite some time, and the building is very nice. Most importantly, the management and the concierges are helpful, especially Micheal, and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick. That said, there is an aspect of the building that you don't learn about until you live here for a bit - and it is related to its vicinity to the Fox Theatre. This means that every time a show is on you are going to have mayhem in the streets and in the parking lot. If you decide to ...enter/leave your place at a bad moment, you can easily face a wait of 30 minutes by the time you leave/reach your parking spot. The worst thing is that a bunch of beggars and "musicians" (multiple kids with trombones) come to play right in front of the building for hours on end to earn some money from the passersby. The units are badly insulated, meaning that you will have to spend hours listening to awful music unless you literally leave your place. It has become a nightmare, as the Fox Theatre can have up to 5-7 shows a week, which might span from 12pm to 11pm. Several people in the building are leaving Lilli just because of this, so be aware. Fantastic Place to Live
November 17, 2021We moved into the Lilli in October 2021 after relocating from NYC. From start to finish, the staff at Lilli Midtown has been excellent and welcoming. Matthew and Kendall, the Community Directors, were there to answer all of our questions before, during and after the move, which was much appreciated and ensured a smooth move-in process. Any time we have questions or concerns, they have been addressed immediately. The front desk teams, especially Michael, make living at Lilli Midtown especially ...pleasurable. They are always there with smiling faces and help out with everything from packages, deliveries, parking passes to any other question you might have. The maintenance team, Mike and Roy, are fantastic and respond to service requests quickly and efficiently. The building has great events every month and is a perfect way to meet other residents and to get to know your neighbors. Gorgeous building inside and outside, can't use balcony because of noise.
November 2, 2020Gorgeous building inside and outside. Only problem (for us and others) is the noisy AC unit on top of a building on Juniper Street. We picked an apartment facing east so that we could enjoy the balcony without the traffic noise from Peachtree Street and now we don't even want to open the window because of this high pitch noise, much less spend any time on the balcony. We didn't notice this when we toured the building because we saw an apartment higher up, plus it was raining..It is also ...disappointing that management won't have their lawyers look into this to see if the hospital building is legally required to have a less noisy AC system.Property Manager Responded

Look no further!!!
March 27, 2020I was a resident at Lilli Midtown from late 2018 until this past month. I want to make it very clear that I left because of circumstance and NOT by choice- I think I could have stayed forever! The aesthetics of the building itself are unparalleled in the Atlanta skyline. The amenities are top of the line and the apartment units have windows and views that are to die for. The rooftop pool is an absolute win! The building is extremely secure and there is 24/7 concierge service. There are only 6-7 ...apartment units per floor, and you can only access your floor, the garage floors and the amenities floors-which was an extra security measure that I loved. The Lilli staff are the absolute best. They are all so genuine and will always greet you with a smile. They were also always super responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in midtown, I easily could have lived here without a car- but it also has very quick and convenient access to 75. I am proud to have called Lilli my home and should I return to Atlanta in the future, it is the first place I will look! -WhitneyProperty Manager Responded
