November 2, 2021lived here for two years in a downstairs unit and let me tell you, you will get no sleep or peace if you have upstairs neighbors. walls are crazy thin and you can hear everything. and i mean everything! don’t get packages sent to these apartments either cause someone will come around and take it if it’s been out for too long. you might come home from work and your package is gone. the only thing decent about this place is the lawns and space for little ones to run but that’s it. oh and also, got ...my place broken into and managements immediate response wasn’t if i was okay or if my son was, just ‘okay, you got the police report?’ like how heartless! i suggest finding somewhere elseProperty Manager Responded

Dated and in bad shape
May 31, 2019The location is nice,and the gounds are nice, but the aparments themselves need major improvements and updates. Heaters don't work, the crappy little window unit "air conditioner" doesn't work. Concrete stairs are broken and dangerous. The rent is far above what it's worth. Management is unresponsive. My recommendation is to avoid this place. There are are other complexes in the area that are far superior and whose rent is comparable.Review from Apartments.com

Poorly managed and maintained
November 15, 2017This places is horrible, I would stay away. I put down a deposit and every rent payment on time and try to not bother anyone or damage the apartment. I would consider myself to be a good tenant but that doesn’t matter they are uncourteous, unprofessional, unrespectful and down right shady. I moved in the place was still being worked on I could not use the stove, counter or sink for the first three days because it had fresh paint. I wasn’t really upset I was fine with that but later I came to find ...out later the electric stove has a short and arcs out against the metal case, and the sink leaks. After looking around more I noticed other things wrong, dead bolt doesn’t lock most electrical outlets can’t grip plugs, towel racks missing and after purchasing a lamp because the bed rooms don’t have lights I found out the light switch in one room not only rarely works but it sometimes shocks me when I use it and the dishwasher is missing the spray arm(really? maintenance only need to open it to find that prior to me moving in) . So I wrote most of this down and turned in the paper to the office. Then maintenance just started showing up, waking me up because I work nights. No appointment, no notice nothing I told them twice I need notice but they would not give that or schedule an appointment. Later the extremely unprofessional property manager emails me and has the nerve to tell me they have been trying to schedule an appointment and I lost it on her via email and every email I get back has some line designed just to irritate me more. She should not be the manager of anything she’s had no customer service skills, no professionalism at all. Now just in case I had to figure out who owns the building and all these little fictitious firm names for fyi in case the manager can’t get this squashed and I need to take it to small claims. As for the place itself everything outside sounds like it’s right inside with you, between a permanent window ac and crappy single pane windows. I judged it by the grounds and outside but soon found out how stupid that was of me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Walls are as thin as paper
July 19, 2017If you are on the lower level, be prepared to only sleep when your upstairs neighbor does. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor talking on the phone (and when they are with their significant other), I can even hear when my upstairs neighbors phone is sitting on a table and vibrates. I can hear when their cat jumps off of a surface onto the floor. I have had to rent a hotel room to get some sleep sometimes. Also if you are trying to get something fixed in your apartment it ...will take 3 or more times to get the problem actually fixed. Or they will replace the parts with an older part that they found in the shed. I just gave up on a few items in the apartment and they stay broken.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
