Ryans apartment
August 23, 2015I have a 2 bedroom apartment on the bottom floor. I pay 875 a month along with electric and gas. It's located right on the Fox river so we usually get a lot of spiders and bugs along with field mice. The place is really out of date and needs a lot of work but the land lord plays it cheap. He didn't even paint or clean the unit before I moved in. Now he's trying to sell it.Review from Apartments.com
Quiet riverside bliss
August 3, 201540 minutes outside of Chicago on the sleepy Fox River is home. The river is right out the rear entrance. There is a great view from balcony decks or patios right out the sliding doors. Just down the the road from a riverside park and beautiful river walk. Restaurants and shopping in picturesque downtown East Dundee, within walking distance.The Spring Hill Mall is a short drive up the hill to groceries, restaurants and air conditioned shopping. There are several community sponsored events in the ...surrounding neighborhoods and towns. The eight units in the building are all 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, central heating and cooling with eat in kitchen and washer/dryer closet. The apartments all come with two assigned parking spots in a well kept lot. The street and river bank are lined with trees letting you view the changing seasons in all their glory.
