September 17, 2024This was the best move-in experience that we’ve ever been thru.. from day one when my wife and I enter the doors of the Lincoln at Fair Oaks, it went smooth with no issues at all! The staff at the front office were super kind and helpful! Now we’re all moved in, and loving it!!Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2024The iapartment app is a bit slowly and clunky and the living room was smaller than expected, but overall I like the apartments and the proximity to major shopping and entertainment centers.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2024My experience has been good. I love the area. However, this is the first year I have considered moving out due to the rising costs of living here. The amenities are lackluster for what I need and the ones I would use have been out of service all summer.Property Manager Responded
