dollars for repairs. Laundry machines are the worst I've ever used but the most expensive somehow. Breaking quite frequently and costing me quarters every few weeks. I fully regret moving in here. I love the airflow in the apartment, the fresh air in the area makes me want to give it a chance, but the property management is absolutely useless.

annoying for both parties. There is central heating and cooling which is nice. The layout of the unit is nice as well. The parking lot is terrible there are huge holes that about break your car. The laundry room is expensive for how small and old the washer is and the dryer doesn't dry clothing all the way. The landlord demands you leave nothing even bicycles outside your unit. And leaves notes saying he will remove them on some units, where a unit next door will have a grill which is supposedly banned as well. Go figure. Also the lady who mows the lawn blows grass at your car, and she also clears snow. I was blocked in many times after she 'removed' snow last winter. We've lived here for two years now, as it is pretty much as low of rent with now bugs you can come by in Ankeny. Lately I've noticed rougher looking neighbors more and more prevalent. For the price you can't expect much, but there are no bugs.
