July 2, 2023The community itself and the staff are very nice enough. The biggest complaint I have as a resident is the fact that I pay A LOT of money to live here and to have a reserved parking space I have to pay even more money. In the section that I live in we have been here longer than anyone one of the 5 houses around us and yet we still struggle to find parking because we refuse to pay an extra $30 per space on top of our current rent. June 26, 2023I love, love, love my apartment and that's the only reason why I continue living here. My rent goes up yearly for amenities that I have no say in and do not utilize, like a new dog park- I do not have a dog, and community bicycles- all of which have been stolen with the exception of 1. Most recently, a universal $65 amenity fee that includes wifi, a service I currently get at a rate of $10! My direct next door neighbors assaulted another neighbor, making me feel concerned for my safety and ...my property. No immediate action was taken by the management company. I stay here bc I get to watch the sun rise from my bed and the sun set from my couch. I have a beautiful view and my houseplants thrive. I do my best to mind my own business and pay my rent on time. June 13, 2023I have been living here for around a year. In my experience it’s been a great place to live. People are friendly and maintenance has fixed everything I’ve needed done. Good place for raising a family. Only downside is that the driveways aren’t the best and need to be re done. Also, rent is a little pricey.Review from Apartments.com
