November 30, 2023Having lived in Tanasbourne and Orenco for 15 years, I have seen much nicer quality apartments for less. If you need a garage like I do, and find yourself interested in LionsGate, choose a renovated unit. Otherwise the classic, non renovated models are so old and outdated, that it simply just doesn’t feel right living here. It seems the non-renovated townhomes are in such poor condition that it does not reflect the high cost. The staff and management are friendly and do seem professional but ...unfortunately the townhome is simply not nice at all. The only thing that is luxury is the lobby. The grounds are well-kept for the most part, and also very friendly for kids and pets with parks/trails nearby.Property Manager Responded
