February 3, 2025We live living here. First time in a place like this. Maintenance responds very quickly for any issues. Quiet besides the train. Pool area is kept clean along with the fire pit area. January 20, 2025Just moved in so learning everything that is here, but so far everyone one has been incredibly nice and helpful. I love the view from the apartment. The community has quiet hours and everyone appears to abide by those hours. There is a train sometimes in the distance. Using the amenities is very easy. December 9, 2024I really enjoy living here. I feel safe. Everyone here is so nice. They do have a lot of dogs but I never meet one that was aggressive and they always be on a leach. Since I have lived here, I haven't had any other residents that played or made loud noises.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024Love it here at the lively. The neighborhood is quite, neighbor's are friendly. The amenities are great, the pool is my favorite for swimming laps. I love seeing all the dogs, our community is definitely full of animal lovers which is important to me. The cleanliness is also great, the staff keep this property very clean and well maintained. It really is the perfect place to live.
