Stolen car
August 20, 2024My car was stolen from the "secure" parking garage. Someone was able to walk into the building on two consecutive nights without issue. The response from the apartment building, while willing to provide video to the police, was otherwise unhelpful in their response and showed an unwillingness to take any responsibility or consider making safety changes. They did not immediately notify other residents when it occurred and were also not transparent in providing the full details. I believe the ...break-ins and theft will continue to be an issue and I no longer feel safe or that my belongings are safe in this building.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
March 26, 2024I love living here, it’s very safe and quiet while still being in the middle of lohi and so many restaurants and bars. Management is awesome and I haven’t had any issues that they couldn’t solve immediately.Property Manager Responded

Love!!!
December 5, 2020In LOVE with this apartment. I toured tons in downtown Denver but fell in love with the LoHi neighborhood and knew this was where I wanted to be. We toured with Christie, who is truly an absolute angel and made me feel incredibly welcomed from the minute I walked in the door. When I moved in, Jenna and Christie had already brought large packages (mattress, couch etc.) I had shipped into my studio for me, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment itself is beautiful, the location couldn't be ...better - coffee shop downstairs, walkable to tons of restaurants, etc. - and the staff is next level. Christie continues to go out of her way to make me feel at home and I feel so grateful to have found this gem of a place!Property Manager Responded
