Locale Allendale offers modern, fully furnished apartments with the student in mind. Each student can choose between a two or three bedroom floor plan that will have an elevated full-size bed, large desk and chair, dresser, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The living area comes with a large comfortable couch, chair and entertainment center with a large flat screen HDTV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, modern cabinetry, dining room table with chairs, stainless steel energy efficient appliances, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer. Locale Allendale's amenities are second to none, including a resort-style pool, in-pool volleyball net, poolside lounge, free tanning, on-site basketball and volleyball courts and 24-hour fitness center. Our student focused clubhouse includes a study lounge and computer lab with free printing.Locale Allendale's online portal makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests for our 24-hour emergency maintenance staff a breeze. Amazing Staff + Amenities!
September 20, 2023I've loved living at Locale so far, everybody in the office is super helpful and nice and the overall vibe here is amazing. The units are super modern and updated and the price for what you're getting is great, especially considering I signed super late into the year. The amenities are definitely the best part with the pool, gym, and even a yoga studio which makes this place so unique. Reasonably Priced Off Campus Housing
August 28, 2023Locale in Allendale is a nice property containing furnished apartments geared towards college students. The staff have always been helpful when questions arised. The walls are a bit thin, and parking fills up quickly leaving a bit of a walk to your apartment, but other than that it is a good place to live.Property Manager Responded

Love it here!
August 11, 2023This is going to be my third year living here and they have never disappointed! Whenever you need something fixed, they’re always there to fix it! Best Off-Campus Housing in Allendale

Best Off Campus Apartments

Love it here!
April 7, 2023After living here for almost a year, I’m so glad I resigned for another! I love all the amenities, especially the pool, gym, and breakfast bar(love the waffles). The employees are super sweet as well as the maintenance workers. They take every issue seriously and solve it asap. The apartment, including the bedroom came with all the furniture I could ever need. I would definitely recommend all GVSU students looking to live off campus live here:)Property Manager Responded
