We even reward you for bringing friends and family to rent an apartment from us. Surrounded by convenient shopping, gas stations, restaurants, banks, and nearby auto-maintenance and repair facilities — all within handy walking distance. Quiet side-street entrance access. Children are not exposed to heavy highway traffic. Only 4 blocks to the nearest elementary school. We do a criminal check and a credit check. We do not accept anyone with a felony on their record going back 7 years. You must have a credit score of 590 or above.
