January 17, 2025The Lodge at Southpoint is in a great location with a lot of things within walking distance. Quiet nights generally speaking with no nightlife nearby really, there's pros and cons of that depending on what you're looking for. January 16, 2025It's an apartment community, I only really have this community experience. At the property management and staff at times leaves something to be desired, but the location is great and the feel of the community is nice. I like having things within walking distance like Target, a theater and food options. Rents high, it looks to be high everywhere I feel like. November 5, 2024Lodge at Southpoint has a welcoming community overall. Upon moving in there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. The leasing office is more than helpful and everything was completed in a timely manner. Courtney was my go to girl in the office and her level of professionalism, exquisite. Eric is part of the maintenance team here, and what a gem. Very clean, professional, and I felt safe & heard while he completed the task at hand. So far so good!Property Manager Responded
