December 25, 2024The Lodge has a great location. I can walk to the mall and various other stores. I enjoy the pool which is always clean and inviting. The gym is fantastic. The residents are always friendly. I am definitely renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

December 20, 2024The staff seem to be very lazy. Every since new management has taken over, it has been an unpleasant experience and I can’t wait to move. The guy that they hired in the office is very unprofessional and just blows me off when I call.Property Manager Responded

November 5, 2024Lodge at Southpoint has a welcoming community overall. Upon moving in there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. The leasing office is more than helpful and everything was completed in a timely manner. Courtney was my go to girl in the office and her level of professionalism, exquisite. Eric is part of the maintenance team here, and what a gem. Very clean, professional, and I felt safe & heard while he completed the task at hand. So far so good!Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024We are entering our 6th year and our experience has been top notch. The apartment meets all our needs as we are in our golden age. We wish we can use some of the amenities but, are physically getting more limited. The management team and maintenance teams are friendly and very responsive to us. We want to especially mention the Maintenance worker, Nick, for his friendly, helpful manner. We have no desire to move to any other community.Property Manager Responded
