Horrible management comoany
February 14, 2022JMC the management company refused to reimburse me for utilities after my lease was over for 5 months…definitely watch out for them! They value money more than they do their tenants and treating them ethically. They own a lot of properties in Rochester. Stephanie was great but she is no longer at The LoftsProperty Manager Responded

Great place to live!
November 18, 2021This apartment was one of the nicest we ever lived in. The best part was that the property manager, Stephanie who is very nice, reliable, and always on top of everything.
