    The price is overpriced for the unmaintained amenities and the inept front office. Took over a month for the front office to complete my lease renewal. The front office is also hyper focused on ‘updating’ amenities instead of fixing current broken ones.

I like that it is not on a busy street and has access to Lake Crabtree so I can bike to the trails and run around the lake on my free time. I am an avid cyclist so it was important to me to be near Umstead Park and within biking distance of shops. All of my neighbors are friendly and I have made some great friends while living here.
