About Lofts at the Kendall

The revitalization of the historic Kendall building is one of downtown’s most unique places to live.     I’ve lived in several other apartments and have not had an experience as good as this one. Very kind and friendly management and maintenance. I’m in the military and travel in and out very often, they always make sure I’m taken care of.

    Lofts of Grand Rapids are an amazing buildings to live in! Most of the buildings are refurbished with beautiful wood floors & exposed brick in the best locations in Grand Rapids
