January 3, 2025Lofts on Grove is a friendly, safe environment with great staff who are there to help when needed. Quick to take action on any problems that arise. The only thing is that the apartments are a little small for the price that you are paying so if they could lower the monthly price slightly it would be perfect. December 28, 2024We enjoy it here. It has all the bells and whistles. The cleaning crew could do a bit better job on the main building but it's still a very clean place. The parking situation is the only thing I can knock this place on. It's limited, uncovered not very easy to access for deliveries or loading. When it snows due to it being uncovered everyone just kind of parks wherever as no one can read what number their spot is.
