The property is aging but the landlord is responsive and friendly, he came out in the middle of the night when my water heater started leaking everywhere and got it taken care of. He was very understanding and very helpful, if you communicate with him you'll get anything you need. Much better than a corporate situation.

Disgusting slobs rent there

If you like living with people that let their dogs poop everywhere I mean it's like a land mind you look around everywhere then this is the place for you...there's poop all over the place and these people come on the other side of the neighborhood and let their dog crap on our property...garbage everywhere... noise... low-life trashy smoking disgusting slime...do not rent there...it's disgusting!
