October 20, 2023I’ve had an okay experience here. I get that they are new, so they are figuring out a lot as they go, but it’s been confusing. Townhomes are pretty, but there were LOTS of different kinds of bugs in mine when we first moved in. Probably because they are new, but they don’t offer any big services, so I had to get rid of them on my own. I still have problems with lots of centipedes coming in. I couldn’t figure out how to pay for rent in the portal, and I never got a real answer on where to go. ...Turns out the link I was given was somehow missing the payment tab, so I’m pretty sure I was charged a 10% late fee even though I had the money the entire time. There’s a lot of suspicious looking people that walk through our little community to go to the dollar store. Overall, it’s been fine, but they could give us a better rundown on expectations and how to use the portal before we move in. I’d still recommend this community to people as I’m sure they are slowly getting everything together.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
