  • Apartment, Apartment, Location!

    I know eveyone says location, location, location, but when your apartment building is clean, secure and has great tenants, you have to say apartment first. What good is a great location when you can't stand your apartment. I love my large 1 bedroom and wood flooring. There's also a courtyard, pool, hot tub and dogs are welcome. BTW - the building is also in Los Feliz, one of the best neighborhoods. I guess I'll change my title to Apartment, Location, Apartment!
