Happiest and safest 5 years of our lives
May 26, 2023My family and I have lived here for the past 5 years. The manager Maria has been a blessing for my family and I. She has always been so understanding and accommodating especially when we lost our jobs during Covid. Even the years following she has always communicated with us and has always been such a kind and empathetic person. We are truly sad to leave but we really appreciate how Maria has kept this complex and very quiet and safe place to live. Any issues we had her and the staff were always ...so quick and helpful. Quiet and Clean
August 20, 2015I Love the Los Olivos apartments. The complex is very quiet and clean. The apartments themselves are decent. Kind of small but big closets. My biggest complaints are the Linoleum floors because it doesn't matter how many times I mopped, they were always dirty. The laundry room ours are 9 to 9. Wish they would be 24 hours. The playground hours are ridiculous. 5 or 6 depending on the season. No time to ever play. The staff is friendly and that have always addressed any issue we had quickly.
