January 7, 2025We have been here for a year and a half, and we love it. Everyone is so friendly at the office and the maintenance crew are very hardworking, they fix you right up whatever it is, not that I have used them much just for minor adjustments. The overall neighborhood is very quiet and calm, not much going on , which we like. I would recommend Lost Spurs Ranch to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Roach infested
November 23, 2024We moved into apartment 1217 a 2 bedroom and had to leave the same day because it was infested with roaches. They were all behind the fridge, cabinets, stove, bathrooms, rooms, crawling on the walls. We tried to bomb the apartment and put roach killer everywhere but they just kept coming out more and more so we decided to not move in. Our experience was good at first with the staff until we moved in. They did refund us our money. But I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you want to ...pay a lot of money to live with roaches.Property Manager Responded
