    Good Everything is excellent. It is a good building with many amenities. The parking is a bit of a problem. Every time I arrive at night I never find parking and that should be the case. I need a solution for that.

    Cute and Quiet It is a smaller newer complex. We toured several different places in the area and chose Lucent because of quiet, quaintness. The split floorplan is perfect for our needs and the location is fantastic!

  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    Management has turned over 3x in less than a year i.e. they don't care about your concerns b/c a new leasing staff will be there in 3 months anyway. Half the grills are broken. None of the grills have been cleaned. >a dozen tenants have reported issues with HVAC & A/C including clogs that have caused flooding in the units and through the walls of the lower level garages. Now management is blaming the TENANTS. This place is ridiculous. The gym is always out of wipes. The dog park is always out of ...
    bags. The package system here is absolute garbage (1 in every 4 packages never makes it guaranteed). Maintenance enters your unit without advanced notice. THIS PLACE IS A TICKING LEGAL TIME BOMB.
