The management is the worst!!!!!!
March 1, 2025The property is run down. Don't get me wrong, its not horrible. But, the apartments are outdated. For the price, there should be marble countertops and better stoves. Like glasstops. The outside lighting is horrible. And its lullwater because its around like a creek and there are snakes out here. The ashphalt is in dire need of repair. The exterior needs pressure washing. The list goes on and on. And Theresa is the manager. Every time you call and ask about something its always a hassle. As a ...resident, I have had better apartments for half the price. Just be warned. The property is in need of a revamp. There are over 20 units vacant, because residents continue to leave. When an apartment complex has low occupancy rates, that says it alls that needs to be said. They keep changing management companies like every 8 months because they can't pay their vendors. DO NOT STAY HERE!
October 19, 2021STAY AWAY! Very disappointed in this apartment complex, and there are so many issues it's hard to name them all. First off, their management is rude and unhelpful, both in my experience and that of my neighbors. The maintenance was always nice, but the management, especially the main lady in charge, were always a huge pain to deal with. They were very unclear about important issues related to the apartment complex. There was one time they changed the website and sent out a couple emails, but ...other than that they didn't let anyone know (also they send a million emails, so it's easy for them to get lost in the shuffle). By changing the website it disrupted the autopay, so we were late paying rent because we didn't realize what had happen, so of course there is a late fee. I think they are purposefully bad at communication so they can charge you fees. When we were leaving the apartment they didn't give details on what to do with keys or anything else. One lady that called me snapped at me about it, and said I should've called them, even though with such a big complex they have people moving in and out all the time it seems they should give you some information on how they want you to leave instead of expecting us to try to work around their schedule and call them since they are open the same times as most people work. Also, there are a lot of car break ins, and some of even been featured on the news for them. One neighbor I talked to said he was leaving because they were so common. The gate has been broken for MONTHS, and the roads are horrible. Also, mold grows in the toilets and faucets insanely quickly, in fact I've never seen it grow like this anywhere else. The parking here is a NIGHTMARE, and if you come back past 7-8 you will have to walk really far. For what this place charges, the quality is REALLY bad! They should not be as expensive as they are if they're going to charge as much as they do. Extremely dissatisfied, again PLEASE STAY AWAY!Property Manager Responded
October 27, 2021Hello, Caterina. We're so disappointed you feel this way. We told you that we needed keys to be turned in on the scheduled move-out date, but you did not do so and were charged. It is even stated on the notice form to turn your keys into the office by close of business on your move-out date, we cannot make exceptions. If there was an issue with your auto-draft during our changeover, we did not charge any late fees. I do know if someone had an issue with their auto-draft during our changeover we did not charge a late fee. We wish you the best.

Management is Very Rude
September 1, 2021We had our car broken into twice. Many people there have their cars broken into. We got broken into twice and we were only there for a year. Management did not handle concerns. Our dishwasher was very old and didn’t clean our dishes. We were told we need to wash the dishes better before putting them in. I always rinse my dishes. It was old and broke. When we moved out, and had a disagreement on the date the lease was up, Teresa the property manager was screaming at me. Then tried to play it off ...saying she had been sick and out of breath. She has a bad temper. She was definitely screaming and had enough breath to scream. She and the other office lady are very unprofessional. The hot tub is always out of order. Dog poop is constantly all over the complex. I do not recommend. My guess is management could have written the positive reviews.Property Manager Responded

More Cons than Pros
September 4, 2018I have lived here since 2017. Management is friendly and always very helpful. The office assistant Ashley however, comes off as rude. There has been many occasions where I have called and asked for information that should couldn’t provide or put in maintenance request that were never filed, I would call back the next week to find out if anyone has been by yet and it seems as if maintenance was just now hearing of the work order . I don’t know if she doesn’t care for me in particular, but either ...way I would still expect for her job to be done. Also, the worst thing about this place is having to deal with insects. I have called numerous times expressing my concern for roaches, spiders, and plenty of other crawlers. Management has done some reassuring that pest control will come out and see to this issue and there has not been a week gone by that I haven’t had to kill something during my entire stay here. Other than that, (which may be a deal breaker for most) the community is beautiful, very pet/kid-friendly, and the rent is fairly reasonable for the location.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
April 9, 2016Well it looks really nice and beautiful but looks are deceiving. If you come home late at night you will have no parking. I rented a garage so that I could park. Since I have moved in every Sunday when I go out early my car is blocked in by some inconsiderate tenant. The garbage from when the unit was updated is still sitting in the hallway. For the money I pay in rent I should have rented and house. Will be breaking the lease and paying the penality.Review from Apartments.com
Poorly managed
August 9, 2015I have been here for five years and in that time it has gone from 5 stars to 1. It has gotten dirty, and maintenance request only get done at the most basic level. Large problems are never addressed. Also the parking situation could be easily fixed but management refuses to address it. They will promise the world to get you in a lease, but don't bank on it happening. Just look at the pool and hot tub to see the lack of up keep. It's rediculous.Review from Apartments.com
