You would think they are in your apartment. There is absolutely no insulation in these units . They just built apartments with out insulation or ventilation. You will smell everything from your neighbors and hear everything so if you rock with that, then this is the place to be. You have been warned !Property Manager Responded

Ended Before I Began
January 26, 2023I sent a request to tour the building through Apartments.com for a noon appointment. I asked in the message box if we can do this via FaceTime as I am currently out of state. I received an email from Lumen confirming my appointment. No one called me at noon so I called the office and no one answered. I sent an email at 12:10 pm, letting them know I put in the request and again asked if they can accommodate a FaceTime call. I have not received a phone call or a reply email. If I am not being ...helped to even tour the building, how will anyone be helped when something in their home goes wrong? Customer Service starts at the beginning. There is nothing to see here.
