Renters Reviews and Ratings
Pretty poor experience thus far. After moving in, I would have gone with one of the other nearby buildings.
August 17, 2016First, the review above mine is likely from the management office or a broker in the leasing office. Doesn't it sort of read like a poorly written advertisement? There is a positive in the building. The building has fantastic young hardworking men as the concierge team. The problems, however, are numerous. The management company and leasing office are horrendous. The leasing office has no ability to bind the management company to any obligations. The management company feels no need to honor ...any promises made by the leasing office. Please insist on speaking to management before relying on anything told to you by the building's leasing office. The building itself is poorly constructed and made of cheap materials. Please inspect the finishes of the apartment before signing the lease because the management company will not repair any very noticeable cosmetic defects. This is supposed to be a brand new building, but the dents in the appliances and floors, along with the peeling cabinets, make it anything but a "hotel experience." If you like wondering whether an appliance will turn on when you press a button then this is the place for you because you are likely the first person to see if it works. The management needs to be more responsive and understanding. They need to understand that they have obligations to tenants as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 20, 2016I recently moved in to Luna in Long Island City and cannot even begin to explain how happy I am that I decided to make this my new home. The building has such a boutique-y, luxurious feel & not to mention the fact that it is BRAND NEW.... what more could you ask for!? Maybe a washer & dryer in your apartment? Have that too!! It's as if I'm on vacation in a 5 star hotel like the Ritz-Carlton. Also to pay respect where it's due: The Concierge (Josh) truly made my moving experience as pleasant as ...possible. It has been such a smooth & rather seamless transition, especially coming from out of state across the country!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
