Amazing Apartment Community
January 29, 2024Charlie's level of service and attention to detail really impressed me. He was very friendly, professional, courteous, polite, and also funny. He went above and beyond when we toured this property. I could see he was very passionate about his career. The property was very clean, and the landscape was beautiful. Not worth the price
August 11, 2023I regret to say that my experience with this apartment fell far short of the initial impression conveyed by its photos. The reality was quite different, as the apartment featured cheap and malfunctioning appliances that greatly hindered daily functionality. Also, it was very noisy due to the thin walls and floors, making it challenging to find a peaceful moment. On a positive note, the parking area was nice with its covered and gated features. However, any positive aspects were overshadowed by ...adding unwarranted charges to my deposit after moving out, without providing any substantiating evidence.
