    I like everything about Luxe at Alewife. Facilities are great, maintenance is always responsive and the location is perfect. Noise can be an issue with some apartments being next to the commuter rail but it hasn’t bothered us so far.

    Only my first week in. The apartment and amenities are wonderful, but I feel like there wasn't sufficient communication from the office regarding all the apps that needed to be registered, shipping, and other considerations still needing to be made

    Convenient spot near Alewife Red Line and Fresh Pond Mall shops. Limited local dining, but easy access to Davis Square and beyond via Red Line. Good for car-free living, with a Blue Bike facility and bike parking. Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Lease renewals vary from 5-6% for 13-15 months, and up to 26% for 12-month renewals. No flexibility here. Starry internet is reliable. Maintenance is responsive. Overall, 4/5 convenient for ...

    A good experience so far. Rarely have any issues because it's a new property. Good amenties and convenient location. Main complaint is just how strong the smell is of the cleaning supplies used in common areas.
