    Overall, this apartment is very clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. The facilities are well-maintained, and the layout is spacious. The location is also convenient, with good access to shops and public transportation. The only downside is that the sound of the train is a bit noticeable, but other than that, I’m very satisfied. It’s a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home.

Not enough light in the main living space, but bedroom has large windows with ample light. Rent increases have varied drom 5-6% for 13-15 month leases, and up to 26% for 12-month lease renewals.     I like everything about Luxe at Alewife. Facilities are great, maintenance is always responsive and the location is perfect. Noise can be an issue with some apartments being next to the commuter rail but it hasn’t bothered us so far.
