Worst Run Building In Chicago
February 22, 2023Management does not address issues in a timely manner or at all. Difficult getting the right person on the phone to begin with. Odd rules in place for security, which don't seem to work anyways since there are always issues with people vandalizing the lobby or breaking in to the building.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2022I really do enjoy my new apartment and location. Just be very aware that the move-in process is not easy and to allow time for things to be addressed. Thankfully, I had a week off a work to settle in with my two leases overlapping during that week, so I had somewhere else to stay as several issues were addressed.
