ALERT!
December 21, 2023This is the worst place to live at. My AC broke down because these people don’t give you access to changing your own AC filter, you don’t have access to checking if your filter needs changing and when it does the AC just shuts down. My AC shut down around 4pm mind you they close at 6pm I put in a ticket because my apartment was 80 degrees inside and I have a 3 month old it was extremely hot. They didn’t responded to our ticket so we proceeded to call them and they responded back with a phone call ...after the office was close just to tell us to just open up a window because they were not going to help us out until the next day during they’re business hours. I told them I didn’t wanted to do that because our neighbors smoke weed 24/7 and that smell is no good for my 3 MONTH OLD BABY. And he proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to help me because it’s not business hours. No compassion for no one.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2022Be aware when applying here, policy are not provided correctly just to take your money for application fees, donations and admin fee when they know you might not qualify due to pet policy made after applications are approved.
