Very friendly management
November 30, 2023The viewing process was very easy and timely. The staff in the office were very friendly and made the signing process a breeze. Rude Management and Low Quality Apartments
August 19, 2023Do not live here. The management is super rude. There is always some “maintenance “ that needs entry into your apartment and I have to take time off for that because there’s no set time. The apartment is on Nicholasville Road so it’s busy. The apartments leak, have bugs, and just poor quality for the price they charge. Take my advice, this is not a good place to rent.Property Manager Responded

We both lived at home with our families until now, so this is our first apartment experience. We love the quality of our home and the community we live in. It's been wonderful to have the freedom to decorate and paint according to our own style, and we love being able to walk our dog right over to the bark park.
