    This is my first apartment in approx. 12 years and I am so pleasantly surprised by the front management staff! My main point of contact was Kamryn and she was just a doll!! I had a few personal hoops to jump through and she was super communicative and easy going; I didn’t feel like just another number in the long line of applicants that come through here. So far I HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re looking for a “homey” feel in an apartment complex :)

    I was not allowed to view apartment until the day of moving in because of an expected vendor. I was confident because of the virtual photos. Not the case the apartment was old out dated old appliances, poorly painted (paint cracking at the seams), kitchen counter tops water damaged. Metal closet doors off track, rusty molded water heater; total disappointment. Furniture on UHaul ready to move in. Had to unload furniture and put back in storage. Now back to the extended stay hotel?. I was informed ...
    on the day of move in that the appliances and counter tops were to be replaced. The apartment was not ready so why was I allowed to sign the lease and given keys to occupy the apartment. I was told that it somehow slip through it's not suppose to be ready until later this month. I wish I had been informed of this. Never will I sign a lease before I know they it's legit. Paid rent, set-up power, water, and renter's insurance. Time wasted waiting on refund of rent, deposit, admin fees...smh

    This apartment seems nice and has nice amenities like a hot tub, sauna, laundry room, and 'gym'; however, while staying here, we have had the worst problems with pests and bugs, even though our house is clean. I've never experienced this before in any apartment I've ever lived in. Roaches and 'palmetto bugs' coming out of our sink drains and shower head holes (since they are exposed). Fruit flies that are apparently inevitable living here, as the maintenance told me, every apartment here has ...
    fruit flies. We think they come from the vents, or maybe it's the windows that don't fully close or the lack of proper sealing around the doors. I've never had fruit flies, roaches, flies, anything like that in my house until here. and I don't mean occasionally, enough that you cannot relax in your own home. I've had roaches fall on me from the ceiling while watching tv on the couch, and one crawl out of the crack in the shower wall while I was bathing in the tub. Our experiences with other renters here have been nightmarish, from having the cops called on them, constant domestic arguments, fights, theft from cars, etc. No one on the bottom floor keeps furniture on balconies because it gets stolen. The 'amenities' are constantly closed, and the gate is always open. There is constantly trash everywhere behind the buildings, and no one picks up after their dogs. There is graffiti on parts of the walls outside and trash everywhere on the ground, because the only maintain the part you see when you drive through. appliances barely work, the coatings on all of your cabinets is literally some sort of perpetually sticky brown paint, and the toilets are constantly clogged with nothing in them. Even the small things like all of our door knobs are different doorknobs, even on different sides of the same door, I don't even know how they managed that. The shower heads are entirely different and the rods are rusted. Oh, and if you are elderly, or have some sort of handicap, or cannot incline stairs, don't move here, because you HAVE to climb a flight of stairs in order to take your trash out, even though they charge you monthly for valet trash service. And if you leave your trash bag outside of your apartment for a couple hours, lets say because you are handicapped and your son has to take it out because it's up a flight of stairs, they will charge you a $50 fee per bag on your rent because it's not directly from your trashcan to theirs. So please. Please. Don't move here.

    Lived here multiple years and at first seemed a nice place but then it all changed. All they care about is getting as much money as they can out of you, because they need it. Multiple issues with dogs pooping everywhere and noone being held accountable. A notice to the whole apartment complex is not solving the issue. The people still so it so now I cant let my kids even step on the grass without fear of dog poop. Cigarettes being left all over and again, noone is held accountable. All they do is ...
    send out notices to that building or wrongfully charge people that they "think" are doing it without evidence. They do not enforce how many people use the amenities here so whole families of 15 will come in. This makes it so real residents can not enjoy them at all. Gates that they so dearly try to sell you on as being safe are open about 50% or more of the time. The school you are zoned for is definitely mediocre at best. I could go on and on, and before someone tries to say "contact is about these issues please" we have. Many times now, and things are still the same. Do not come here!

  • Management team does not care about residents or value of their customer service

    I have had the worst experience with this company and their apartment in Greenville, SC (The Paddock Club) I moved into a one bedroom apartment in January of 2018 and in April of 2018 I notice that my walls surrounding my window were getting large water spots and my carpet under my window was soaked with water. After looking closer I saw that my curtains were also soaked and my window was pouring water from all area of the window. I reached out to the apartment complex to inform them of the ...
    issue. They came out and put sealer or something around the window. That did not stop the window from leaking. They came back out a few more times and put this sealer stuff up which they could clearly see was not working. I reached out to them again a few times with nothing major being done about it and everyone dragging their feet about the issue. While I’m living with a window that leaks every time it rains and it was raining a lot around this time. Window is messing up my curtains, my towels that I had in the window pane to catch the water and my bedroom smelled wet and moldy. I finally reached out to the corporate office about the issue and not to my surprise right after that I get a call from my complex office. By this time a month or so had passed. They than got a contractor to come out and work on the window. I was ready to move out of this apartment but I was told that after this contractor fix the window I will don’t have anymore problems out of the window. So the started fixing the window they cut off half of my wall in my room and placed large industrial fans in my room the let the inside of the walls dry. So I had to sleep with no curtains, no blinds up to my window and large loud fans blowing to dry a wall. I was never offered a hotel or anything while they completed this process that made me very uncomfortable, frustrated and in my home. I had no privacy. So after a few days of drying they returned to fix the wall and paint. After this I still couldn’t put up curtains or blinds. This went on for over a week. Than after all said and done and I thought it was all behind me the window still leaked. By this time I’m so frustrated with the entire situation.

  • Lived here almost 2 years now

    Staff becomes rude when I report a discrepency with my apartment. Gate never works, neighbors dog becomes a nuisance(in the lease it states pet must be removed if multiple complaints have been filed) overall the quality of living here has greatly decreased.Would not recommend living here.

    I've lived here over a year. While there may be no perfect place, the staff is friendly and helpful, the neighbors are generally reasonable, but the real draw is the awesome amenities for a great value. A nice pool and hot tub, a sauna, an exercise room, tennis court, dog run, fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, and a large grassy field. The location is convenient and in an energetic area of town. Highly recommend this complex.
