The rats not only posed a significant threat to our health but also exacerbated my mother's already fragile condition. The distress caused by these conditions had a detrimental impact on our quality of life. My experience with the management at Magnolia on 16th been nothing short of disappointing. The unprofessionalism exhibited by the management team has cast a shadow over what could have been a pleasant living situation. From the very beginning, communication has been lacking and often unclear. Requests for maintenance or information are met with delayed responses, if any. It's evident that there is a lack of organization and proper procedures in place to handle residents' concerns efficiently. I implore anyone considering renting at Magnolia on 16th to think twice. Especially unit 1. It is deeply disheartening to have our needs ignored and our health jeopardized. The experience has left us emotionally and physically drained, and I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure what we went through.
