May 30, 2020I DONT recommend this place, my lease is over in a month and I can’t wait to get out of here, ever since I moved in here there’s been 2 rats living in my walls (still in my walls) , the managers new about it and all they did was patch the wholes the rats made. Bathroom always gets clogged for no reason, always shutting off the water last minute, I can hear my upstarts neighbors walking and it sounds like they’re stomping as they walk, this place needs a lot of remodeling. just don’t waist your ...money here! Roaches
May 27, 20202 minutes ago I've been there a few times because my boyfriend lives there. There seems to be roaches everywhere even though he keeps it clean. Plus the walls are so thin you can always hear when people walk by. He's unhappy and so am IProperty Manager Responded

DON'T MOVE TO THIS PLACE
June 5, 2019The apartment have a lot maintenance problems. Some buildings have severe damage move the walls, roof, floating, insects. The community manager is the most rude person that I never Know. Don't have enough parking space. Your car should be towing because the condominium do not take responsibility about parking space. Worst apartments
June 29, 2018Maintenance is never done. Water issues at least once a month. Hot water runs out all the time. Ceiling leaks when it rains, and they only fix the roof not the holes in the apartment. Roaches and rats. Rude staff.Property Manager Responded

Terrible place
May 7, 2018Maintenance requests are not performed in a timely manner. Parking is non-existent, eapecially after 6 or 7 pm. packages go missing and may or may not show up a month or two later. Management is very disorganized, uneducated, and rude. The only ones that are nice are Daniela and Ana Maria (the latter of whom no longer works here). At the beginning of 2018 they changed payment policy to pass on all fees to tenants regardless of what the rental contract said. In order to get tenants to comply, ...they use coercive tactics such as sending notices to vacate and threatening to evict. In my case, they filed for eviction by making a false statement to the court when I was following my rental contract which stated to pay rent at the management office on the very first page. These folks, including their customer care department, have no regard the rental contract if it does not line up with whatever policies they decide to implement. Needless to say that the judge threw their case out in less than 2 minutes. I didn't even have to talk in court. By far the worst folks I have ever dealt with at an apartment complex. Better Business Bureau rating: F (0 points). Only positive aspect is cheap rent, but absolutely not worth it. Zero stars.Property Manager Responded

The worst apartments ever!
December 12, 2017I am 50 years old and I have lived in many apartment complexes but this one is by far the worst. They are roach infested, cabinets falling off and missing knobs, walls and floors that creeky and thin, paint over dirt with nails coming out of the walls. They actually painted over the entire bath-tub, neighbors are rude, extremely noise and have ridiculously unruly children, stray dogs that bite, and I live upstairs and have a hispanic neighbor next door to me who liter the upstairs walkway with ...cigarette buts and other trash in which I have to walk through to get to my car. They also have two overweight children who run around stomping on the floor and banging on the walls every single evening which is disturbing all the surrounding neighbors. I've been living with this constant disturbance for over two years and i continuously complain to office management who does nothing. If you value your solitude, quiet and general comfort, this is absolutely not where you want to live.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2017If I could give less than one star, I would. I had called to see if an appointment was needed and was told no. The next day, we showed up to view an apartment. We walked in and was not greeted by the two in the office. I went up to one and asked for more information. She said she only had one apartment available. I then questioned her to see how often the listings update. She responded and said "every two hours." I then asked about a specific floor plan to which they did have available. Hmmm. I ...had asked to see the model. Regardless of the response, the staff is unprofessional and does not seem to care. l do not recommend doing business with this property.Property Manager Responded
