We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $35 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility Service Fee- $3.50. Criminals
June 7, 2017Stole $300 from me without my authorization. Staff has extremely poor communication and interpersonal skills. Never worked with a rental company up until now who won't allow an applicant to apply for an apartment without first making them commit to a deposit immediately upon approval, especially without ensuring that they are clearly aware of this. Their tactics are predatory, disgusting, and criminal.Property Manager Responded
