A great place to live
June 16, 2019I have been in Macungie village for over 5 years. I have had the one bedroom and currently live in a two bedroom. Both are spacious and the customer service from maintenance and the office personnel are second to none. If you do have a concern they get right on your issue. While there is a lot of apartments it is quiet and nobody bothers with you. Highly recommendProperty Manager Responded

Amazing Location, Quiet and enjoyable place.
June 11, 2019My husband and I moved into these apartments over a year ago, we love it here. Right in the heart of macungie.. close to the stores and schools. Very friendly neighborhood which is very peaceful and not much noise. I love it here, would and have recommended these apartments to many friends.Property Manager Responded

Great Location and Place
June 10, 2019I have lived here with my son and my husband for 9 months. The apartments are spacious, yes the style is old but everything works very well, the painting in days and very good maintenance. The windows are new and insulate the outside temperature very well. In snowy weather they remove the snow very quickly I remember a day when even before 5 o'clock in the morning the snow had already been removed. I needed maintenance in the bathroom sink and on the day the problem was solved. The neighborhood ...is very good here we do not have noise only the birds singing all night. Highly don’t reccomend
March 21, 2019Me and my fiancé moved here a couple months ago. Things were good in the beginning but now not so much. I am a property manager for a different company but we moved here because we like the area. My main issue is the management and maintenance of the units. There is horrible communication. The people in the office never answer the phone, and if I leave a voicemail for them I haven’t heard back for 3 days already. There method of communication is sticking a letter in your door at 5:00 when they ...leave and the next day when you call to talk about it surprise surprise no one answers. If you talk to two different people in the office they will tell you two different things and standards. I can’t speak for the units that have been recently remodeled, but the original units are junk. If you need any kind of maintenance to your unit it’s like pulling teeth to get them to come fix it. Everything they have fixed in my unit was just a shotty repair. New windows were installed a month after we moved in, and both sets have bad drafthis because they were installed properly and they refuse to fix it since the windows are “new”. Me and my neighbor in the building across from me both have problems with bugs and drafts because the units aren’t sealed properly. We’ve have the exterminator here three times since we moved in and it only helps for a couple weeks and we have the same problem again. As soon as our lease is up we are moving out of here. Great Place!!
August 22, 2018My Wife and i recently moved out of Macungie Village after purchasing a new home. While we are excited to begin the next chapter in our life we are sad to leave our apartment that we called home for the past 3 years. We absolutely loved our apartment and our neighbors! The office staff is super helpful and maintenance has always been very responsive. A new management company recently took over about a year ago and has made lots of improvements. Used to be a great place to live
August 9, 2018Ever since RP took over they are making changes that improve apartments but do not notify current tenets. This had led to big issues and inconveniences for both tenants and contractors. Communication is awful and they no longer care about the people who work hard to continue paying rent here. I used to love Madison Macungie because the people working here were professional and communicated. Now... everyone is unreachable.Review from Apartments.com
