March 2, 2024If I can give this apartment a zero star review I would. This place is infested with roaches and floods are always happening. Their services are non-existent when problems arise, and it is not safe at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living in this place!Review from Apartments.com
Bed Bugs!!!!
January 21, 2022Unfortunately building 5 is full of bed bugs and I have tried to reach out to let them know and have yet to be sprayed by pest control or contacted back. I have sent documentation of the bugs coming out of the closet walls and cracks. With the renovations, seems like they are too busy to care but families live here, its not okay to be ignored. I have asked them several times to come in and re caulk the exposed cracks in my bedroom where the infestations started. Nothing. Honestly find a different ...home, I dont appreciate the constant water shut offs/electrical shut offs with little notice via mass text. The main electrical panels have been all replaced and my wall is still not covered back up either. Its cheap and affordable but i guess the price speaks for itselfRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Dangerous and disgusting
February 17, 2019No air conditioning until it's 100 degrees out. No heat even when it's 37 degrees. Drug users and sellers all over. Management litterly does nothing to manage the place cops there every day. This place is a mess. Roaches everywhere no matter how clean your unit is.Review from Apartments.com

No to bad
October 30, 2014I have been here since 2010. The office has had some changes in staff. The fix it people have been knowledgeable. I have been happy here for some time. All the utilities are included, it's right off the buss line. Orbit runs in the area it's free. This is good for me. I have simplified my bills, and I do not have a car. I would give 5 stars but on occasion some of the people who live here do not pick up after their dogs.. Management is looking into it though.
