November 3, 2024My residence experience is phenomenal. My apartment is on the corner with my patio facing the pool and clubhouse - the perfect scene in my opinion. There are always activities going on and the other residents are so friendly and enjoyable to be around. There's been a few times I've left my car unlocked and not once did I worry about anything being stolen. Always receive excellent maintenance care!
September 27, 2024When I came home my air would not come on. I put in a maintenance report on the residence portal and the I called in an emergency maintenance issue. I was called back within 5 minutes and maintenance came out right away to fix the problem. They really take care of us here at Madison Point.
