No One Answers the Phones
March 22, 2022I took my girlfriend and I calling them every week before they even looked at our application then when we were denied they didn’t even call us they emailed our co-signer and didn’t tell us.Property Manager Responded

Not all the amenities as advertised
June 23, 2021We have rented here for 3 months. We still do not have bbq grills available or a playground for our kids. Pool closes early at 8:00 pm every night and if it even sprinkles a little early in the day, it’s closed the rest of the day. Also they have used flat paint throughout the apt. which is not family friendly. We may look elsewhere when our lease is up if things don’t get better.Property Manager Responded

With that being said, our Tot Lot and BBQ Grills have been available for use for quite some time now and our pool was opened this summer and only closed when the weather wasn't cooperating.
