January 25, 2025The management team, maintenance team, the neighbors and the pool/jacuzzi make this place worth it. I do wish the units came with a washer/dryer or at least a dedicated spot to hook up. I also wish there was a dedicated area for kids to play. December 24, 2024I’ve been living here with my parents for almost 2 months. I really appreciate how much space each bedroom has, there are plenty of outlets in each room and heaters. I also really like the water pressure from the tub and sinks. A few concerns I have: The faucets on my bathroom sink and the kitchen leak water if you leave the water running for more than a few seconds. Someone’s else checked out my sink but there’s still a little bit of leakage. There’s also a crack on one of the top corners of ...my closet mirror. But I should be able to have maintenance come look at it. This building’s maintenance team is pretty responsive and timely compared to other places I’ve lived in.
