January 25, 2025The management team, maintenance team, the neighbors and the pool/jacuzzi make this place worth it. I do wish the units came with a washer/dryer or at least a dedicated spot to hook up. I also wish there was a dedicated area for kids to play. December 24, 2024I’ve been living here with my parents for almost 2 months. I really appreciate how much space each bedroom has, there are plenty of outlets in each room and heaters. I also really like the water pressure from the tub and sinks. A few concerns I have: The faucets on my bathroom sink and the kitchen leak water if you leave the water running for more than a few seconds. Someone’s else checked out my sink but there’s still a little bit of leakage. There’s also a crack on one of the top corners of ...my closet mirror. But I should be able to have maintenance come look at it. This building’s maintenance team is pretty responsive and timely compared to other places I’ve lived in. Management will always be avail for any concerns etc..They also put together monthly activities for residents (movie nights, gourmet cookie events, taco night, Food truck avail out front on Wednesdays..different things to bring the community together which you wont get at other ...residentialcommunities...
