I'm in love with my townhouse!
January 9, 2025Let's start with you can't getter better than these beautiful townhomes for what we pay here anywhere in greater Corona area. Trust me I've looked! Management is a small operation so being patient is important to get a hold of them. You are better off emailing and they'll get back to you right away. Maintance is always prompt and no matter what your issue you are having, no matter how small they are prompt and they take care of you. Residents here are great, you don't hear anyone. Great place to stay
June 23, 2024I used to live here and I loved it! The townhouse was everything and the manager was so nice! They used to be the maintenance person a long time ago and is the manager now. They let me know what I had to do to get my deposit back when I was moving out and they gave me back my deposit when I moved out. I highly recommend this place! leasing Manager does not answer the phone
March 3, 2022My partner and I were looking at these condos and wanted to schedule a time to see them. I called 2 weeks straight during the time the office was suppose to be “open”. I called about 3-5 times a day and I would get no answer. Sometimes my call would even get transferred to maintenance, however they couldn’t help me with leasing. I showed up to the condos since I wasn’t getting a response and one of the tenants told me that it’s almost impossible to get a hold of the leasing manager. She said that ...he lives right above the leasing office and is always upstairs and never in the office during working hours. We went to the leasing office on a Monday @2pm and the leasing office was closed however the lights were on and there were kid toys and clothes all over the ground, looked like a daycare. The tenant told me that he should be in there since his car was parked right in front of the office. We waited for about an hour and still nothing. This agency needs to do something about their leasing manager never being around and giving them a horrible reputation. Glad that we looked else where and found a place where management is actually attentive.
