They refused to reimburse me the 175 dollars that I had to pay to get my rental vehicle back, even though there are NO VISITOR PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE that are within the gates of the apt complex. Honestly, it was not safe for me to park on the side streets and was always scared that something was either going to happen to me or with the rental car. I am really upset with this situation and I just renewed my lease for another 12 months.
